Backups

Accidents happen--do not despair, yet. Nightly backups are performed on our filesystems. To request restoration of deleted files, please send an email to support staff. We will need to know the full path to the file(s) you need restored and how far back in time you want to go with the file recovery.

Be sure to be prompt when you want a file recovered. We currently keep backups for six months. Files are not recoverable once that window has past.
